Reform plan in final stages

It has been announced by the Office of the Chairman that the Central Committee are in the final stages of discussion over the reform plans to take effect in the next few weeks. Chairman Sir. Philip Fish said that the discussions had been “very fruitful” and that he was “receiving mostly positive feedback from other members, and we are seeking to improve on the suggestions made by some [Central Committee] members”. The announcement is expected to come in the next few days.
